Preceded in death by parents Robert F. and June Anne Hubbard, grandparents, and other dear relatives.
Survived by loving husband and long term caregiver, Greg; her beloved sons, Joshua (Shivani) and Chad (JaNaye). Loving brothers and sisters: Jon Hubbard (Linda), Jayne Hubbard, Sharon Hahn, Jack (Merle) Peterson, Jim (Karen) Peterson; aunts and uncles; niece Jessica (Tony) and grandnieces (Jordan and Avery); many cousins; and wonderful Abbott NW colleagues, where Julie served as Cardiovascular Diagnostic Services Manager since 2004, as well as HCMC colleagues where Julie worked in many capacities over a 33-year career.
We lost our precious, beautiful Julie after an almost 20-year battle with LGL Leukemia; as with everything else Julie did in life, she met these serious challenges head on, fighting their ravages day by day.
Julie was active at Woodridge Church, Medina, and especially loved our small group. Julie was an accomplished gardener...Oh, what Julie could do with her flowers! What an amazing, sweet spirit Julie displayed...because of her deep love for and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ. Well done, thou good and faithful servant...Enter into your rest.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 pm Friday, Sept. 9, at the David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 Wayzata Blvd E., Wayzata.
The celebration of Julie's life will take place at 10 am Saturday, Sept. 10, at Woodridge Church, 1500 CR 24, Medina.
Memorials are preferred to the family for distribution to Julie's favorite charities; of course, you may give to a cause dear to your heart instead.
