The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal is reporting that Wayzata, MN based Flagship Bank has sold its Jordan Branch to HomeTown Bank, and that the transaction will be completed in the third quarter of 2009, subject to regulatory approval.
According to the article, Flagship’s Jordan office has $22 million in assets. Including the Jordan office, Flagship Bank has total assets of $134.7 million, while HomeTown Bank has assets of $140 million.
