Wayzata Alumnus Ryan Saunders named Minnesota Timberwolves Head Coach


CCX Sports Director John Jacobson talks with new Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Ryan Saunders about the future of the team and new management group and his deep roots here in the Twin Cities. Saunders is a 2004 Wayzata High School graduate who went on to play college basketball at the University of Minnesota.

Wayzata Falls to Edina in 6AAAA Softball


The Wayzata softball team was outscored by Edina 13-7 in the Section 6AAAA tournament. The game was a winner’s bracket contest in round two of the tournament. Wayzata now faces Armstrong in an elimination game.
