NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wayzata Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a development application from the applicant, Continental Property Group, to redevelop the property at 253 Lake Street East.
The applicant is proposing to construct a four story building with 14 residential units and 8,400 square feet of retail. The development application requests approvals of a Planned Unit Development Concept Plan, a Rezoning, a Variance to the height standard , and Major Conditional Use Permit due to the proposed height in the Shoreland District.
The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for Monday, October 30, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter in the Wayzata Community Room, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, Minnesota.
All pertinent information is on file and available for public viewing at Wayzata City Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard on the matter, or to submit written materials prior to the meeting. The Planning Commission meeting agenda and packet will be available on the City’s website the Friday before the meeting at Wayzata.org/AgendaCenter.
