Wayzata was able to overcome a number of penalties by capitalizing on big play making abilities including two long passes from Keaton Heidi to Tyrese Seyon for touchdowns–the first for 46 yards and the second for 51 yards. In the rushing attack, Christian Vasser scored two rushing TD’s, and Deshawn Cockrell rushed for one TD for the Trojans.

Defensively, Matthew Otto snagged an interception for the Trojans and kept Eagan out of the end zone on a number of occasions:
