Public Hearing Notice
Glea Haven 3rd Addition
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wayzata Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a development application from the applicant, David J. Heil and David W. Heil, to subdivide the properties at 190 Gleason Lake Rd and 121 Glea Haven Rd . The applicant is proposing to subdivide the two existing properties into five single-family residential lots. The development application requests approval of the preliminary plat and final plat.
The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for Monday. August 7th at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter in the Wayzata Community Room, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, Minnesota.
All pertinent information is on file and available for public viewing at Wayzata City Hall during regular business hours All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard on the matter, or to submit written materials prior to the meeting.
