IOCP project before City Council tonight

The IOCP Grand Avenue project will once again be before the City Council tonight, and will be covering all the action.

Will the Council elect to follow the recommendation and guidelines of the Wayzata Planning Commission, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and the City Charter by voting the project down? Or will the members succomb to pleasing IOCP by allowing this project?  We will find out tonight!

ICOP Project at Grand Avenue seeks to add multi-family rental housing stock
to the City of Wayzata. Numerous reports from the City and committees indicate
a preference and need for single family owner occupied housing to be created.
Read a special editorial by Dr. J. David McGill on the IOCP Grand Avenue project here.

Stay tuned to, your Wayzata Council is voting on the IOCP project tonight leader.
