Furry Friends of Wayzata

It is known that dogs have the cliché of “man’s best friend”- Wayzata Caribou doesn’t seem to forget about it.

The regular customers to the store aren’t all human, a number of the visitors are in fact dogs. The dog board, which hangs on the left of the store’s door, honors its furry friends. “It’s a lot of fun and they are a part of the community,” said Beth Haberman, Caribou employee.

Caribou now sells dog leashes, tennis balls, transportable water dishes as well as complimentary dog treats for their friends.

For those who are interested in having their beloved pets on the dog board, it is simple. The dog board is run by the employees and pictures are taken at the Wayzata Caribou. Ask an employee if your pet can have a picture on the dog board with all of the Wayzata friends.
