Kiddy Parade and Mini-Olympics scheduled for 4th of July

Join in the festivities at the 50th annual Wayzata Kiddy Parade. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at the corners of Park Street and Broadway Avenue North. Come and enjoy refreshments, balloons, face painting and appearances by Uncle Sam, the Statue of Liberty and Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. No battery/motorized vehicles are allowed for safety of all participants.

The Wayzata Fire Department will once again host the 4th of July Mini-Olympics from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Wayzata West Middle School on Wayzata Boulevard and Barry Avenue. Come and Join in relay races and other events. Kids under 12 can join in activities and all leave with a ribbon.
