OBITUARY: Rodney Georgens

Born in Brooklyn, NY on September 10, 1938, died on February 3, 2011.

Survived by beloved wife, Katherine Davis Georgens; children, Mary Georgens and Marjorie Georgens, Kris Savidge; grandson, Patrick Brislin; sister, Roberta Grimsley; brother, Robert Georgens, and nieces and nephews.

Attended the Coast Guard Academy and graduated from Adelphi University.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday February 8, 11:00 AM at The Church of St. Bartholomew, 630 E Wayzata Blvd, Wayzata. Visitation preceding the Mass starting at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be forwarded to the Mayo Clinic Department of Development Alzheimer’s Disease Research, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905.
