The word on Lake Street: George Anderson

George Anderson and his father-in-law, Jack Klaesges, live in Minnetonka and were in Wayzata to do some fishing by the railroad tracks on Lake Street.

"This is my first time here," Anderson said. "I have Friday off and thought I'd come down. The guy at the Wayzata Bait Shop said this is one of the better spots to fish from shore."

Klaesges said his granddaughter and her mother were at home making sweet rolls, and "what else are two old guys gonna do?"

Anderson said it's an old hobby revisited. He was using tackle that he's had for years but hasn't used for a long time.
