Wayzata's Continental Property Group in lawsuit against Minneapolis council member

The chief executive of Wayzata-based Continental Property Group, alleges in a lawsuit against a Minneapolis city council member that his plan to develop a 21-story building in the Loring Hill neighborhood was unfairly rejected, according to an article by Rochelle Olson in the Star Tribune.

Chief Executive Brad Hoyt believes his proposed development was rejected due to City Council Member Lisa Goodman's personal problems with the developer, while Goodman and her lawyer allege it was just the wrong project for the area.
