The keynote speaker was Paul Ansolabehere, vice president of operations of Anagram International. Anagram is based in Eden Prairie, and is the largest Mylar balloon manufacturer in the world.
Ansolabehere spoke of the ever changing nature of business.
"Three months ago I didn't know how to Twitter," he said. "You, as a company, have to continually reinvent yourself and change. Recognize things are changing and embrace that things are changing."
He also stressed the importance of investing in your company and investing in your people.
"[Your people] will pay off faster than anything else you do," he said.
