Wayzata Lacrosse Teams Advance

Both the Wayzata boy's and girl's lacrosse teams have advanced to the section semifinals after quarterfinal victories on Thursday night.

The boy's team defeated Chaska 20-7 and will now face Eden Prairie at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. The Trojans beat the Eagles 10-9 during the regular season back on April 28.

The girl's team defeated Orono 17-10 on Thursday and will now face Robbinsdale Armstrong at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, at Robbinsdale Cooper High School. The Trojans defeated the Falcons twice during the regular season—11-6 on April 11 and 12-10 on April 30.
