
With spring time comes thoughts of outdoor picnics and gathering with friends and family. This Home-made Creamy Italian Pasta Salad is sure to be a hit at your next dinner or party.
2 Cups Egg Noodles
½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Half
½ Cucumber Sliced into four
5 Medium to Large Mushrooms Sliced
2 TBS Diced Canned Black Olives
2 TBS Diced Canned Green Chillies
1/8 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Dash of Salt for Water
¾ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Italian Dressing
1 TBS Olive Oil
Boil the Egg Noodles in salted water. Drain and let cool. Toss Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Green Chillies and Noodles in a Medium Bowl. Mix together the Mayonnaise and Italian Dressing, add to the veggies and noodles, toss salad. Drizzle Olive Oil over Salad, and stir.
Refrigerate for 3o Minutes.
Serves 4-6
The Creamy Italian Salad goes great with Grilled Chicken. Tip, Marinate your chicken in Italian dressing for extra flavor.
