WAYZATA HOCKEY 2009: Wayzata Bantam A State Champions!

The Wayzata Bantam A Team beat Rochester 3 to 1 in the Minnesota Bantam A State Championship Game on Sunday, March 22, 2009 in Thief River Falls.

The team was coached by Jim Neary, Mark Nenovich, Judd Stevens and Marc Sorensen (back row, left to right) Players (not in order) include Aaron Dingmann, Miles Death, Ryan Poppitz, Teddy Ransom, Eric Fong, Mitch Heflin, Anthony Tabery, Grant Besse, Blake Hallenberg, Sam Majka, Kyle Olson, Mario Lucia, Kage Tiller, Grant Opperman, Kevin Miller, Matt Halverson and Isaac Melin.
