DESSERT — Prepare ahead of time!
1/2 package of Oreo cookies
3 TBS Butter or Margarine
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 Cup Peanuts if you like
1/2 Jar or hot fudge
Finely crush Oreo’s in 9″ pie pan.
Mix Oreo’s with melted butter, press firmly to create a crust for the ice cream.
Gently press the vanilla ice cream into crust, about 1/2″ thick.
Layer the peanuts over the ice cream and follow with the hot fudge — suggestion is to heat the hot fudge before hand.
Optional: A dollop of fresh whip cream topped with a cherry as the final touch.
