Savory Meat Loaf

Meatloaf is a favorite of mine. My family however are not huge fans. I created a wonderful meatloaf that is simple to make and my family loves it down to the last piece! Serve your meatloaf with mashed potatoes and you will have a great meal.

  • 1 Lbs Hamburger
  • 1½ Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Small Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Cup Saltine Crackers
  • 1 Egg

Pre Heat Oven to 375 Degrees

In a medium sized bowl place your Hamburger, Diced Onion, Crushed Saltine Crackers, Egg, 1 Cup Barbecue Sauce and Salt and Pepper to taste, mix your ingredients.

Spray your 6” x 9” baking dish with Oil to prevent sticking. Place the meatloaf mixture into the pan, pat down the meatloaf mix to form a solid loaf. Cover your baking dish with tinfoil.

Cook for 1 hour at 375 Degrees, check at ½ hour to make sure the meatloaf is not burning.

Take out of the oven uncover and smother the top of the meatloaf with the remaining ½ cup of barbecue sauce, bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

Serve Hot.

Makes 6 Servings and Great Leftovers!
