Crane in Parking Lot of Wayzata Bay Center Foreshadows Test Piles Being Driven

Wayzata residents driving or walking down Lake Street past the Wayzata Bay Center will see a huge crane in the parking lot preparing to drive test piles into the ground. Saw this late Friday afternoon and had to stop and take a picture for the faithful Wayzata.com viewers. Nearby residents and merchants need to be prepared for some loud noises and sounds to dominate the day time activities downtown. According to a release from Ed Briesemeister over at the Wayzata Bay Redevelopment Company, the testing should last for about a week.
