KEN WILLCOX PODCAST: Recap of City Council Meeting and Muni Relocation Workshop from 1/20/2009

Here is a podcast with City of Wayzata Mayor Ken Willcox from this morning. He recaps the pressing issues from the Council Meeting last night: Heritage Preservation Board and Planning Commission appointments, as well as the application by Youngstedt's to revamp the old Wayzata Shell station.

Additionally, he went on in some detail as to the challenge before the Wayzata City Council with regard to the Muni: timeline, neighborhood issues, building versus leasing, land issues, etc. It runs just under 8 minutes.
