Superior Stop to be bought by condemnation or voluntary sale?

The Wayzata City Council will hold a Special Closed Session at 7 am, October 11, 2008 to discuss the options for purchase or condemnation of the Superior Stop on the Corner of Lake and Superior. It is one of the final pieces to the puzzle that make up the redevelopment of the Wayzata Bay Center, and the word from Council Members is that they want a "T" intersection at that location and would like to re-align Superior to Lake.

Stay tuned to, your Superior Stop is the fly in the ointment for the Bay Center ownership leader.
