Barry Avenue South will Close for Water & Sewer Work

According to the City of Wayzata's website, Barry Avenue South will close for water and sewer connections to the newly constructed building at 328 Barry Ave S.

From, "Vosson Plumbing will be installing water and sewer services for the new building at 328 Barry Ave S starting on Monday, Oct 6th @7am. Due to the location of existing watermain and sanitary sewer, this can not be completed without closing the road. Barry Ave S. will be closed at Rice and Barry allowing (local traffic only to access parking ramp) and closed at Barry and Lake allowing ( local traffic only to access businesses just north of Lake street) Barry Ave S. will be closed completely at 328 Barry Ave S. All work including asphalt replacement is expected to be completed by the afternoon of Wednesday, October 8th and the road will be reopened. " is your closed for repairs in Wayzata leader.
