Wayzata Football vs Minnetonka Media Report

Rather than try to rehash a football game that has been covered by every media outlet in town including the website you are reading, I figured what would be better is to point you in the direction of the various reports.

Here is the official page from the Wayzata Football program:

The Star Tribune's Dean Spiros has a piece "Wayzata runs its way to victory" He talks about it being a hog heaven game. Not sure I get the reference.

Jon Weisbrod, of the Lakeshore Weekly News, has a new writeup of the Wayzata Football win over Minnetonka. The article is entitled "Doe, defense carry Wayzata past Minnetonka." Weisbrod called the Minnetonka team "mammoth."

There is also a very nice piece that Randy Shaver from Kare 11 put together on the Wayzata Football victory over the Minnetonka Skippers here:

Rivals.com has some extended video coverage as well as an interview with Head Coach Brad Anderson:

Nick Clark of the Sun Sailor has an article that contains the exact same quote about "playing in their underwear" from Coach Anderson that the Weekly News has... Makes me wonder whether both he and Jon Weisbrod of the Lakeshore Weekly News stood next to each other to "interview Coach Anderson" or watched a clip online somewhere....

Here is a Box Score from Max Preps:

Brian Jerzak of Rivals High has this article:

Stay tuned to Wayzata.com, your Wayzata Football media leader.
