Wayzata Football moves up a tick to #2 in Star Tribune Metro Top 10 Poll

John Millea of the Star Tribune has released the most recent Metro Top 10 Poll. The Wayzata Football Trojans are ranked #2, up 1 spot from their ranking last week. Cretin-Derham Hall slid one spot due to an injury to senior running back Marcus Binns. He reportedly suffered a knee injury in the season opener against Forest Lake and has had surgery since then. Minnetonka slid to #4 after the loss to Wayzata. I am still not convinced that Minnetonka is that good as their offense was completely ineffective, running draw plays on 3rd and long.

I'm not sure why the Star Tribune doesn't capitalize Metro Top 10. Seems like they are trying to be hip and trendy when it just annoys me. Stay tuned to, you Capitalized Metro Top 10 Poll Leader.
