Survey Crew visits Wayzata Bay Center

I stepped out the front door this morning and found a survey crew pounding stakes on the east side of the Wayzata Bay Center redevelopment. In case you haven't heard or figured it out, demolition of the warehouse that is part of the existing Wayzata Bay Center will be the first thing to happen on this $200 million project. It is scheduled to happen some time this fall.

It's great to see something actually happening now that the plans have been approved. Watch for a recap here at Wayzata.com of Welcome Wayzata as Greg Rye and Peggy Douglas talk to John Mehrkens of Presbyterian Homes. Wayzata.com is your Wayzata Bay Center redevelopment leader.

Stake inserted on the east side of Wayzata Bay Center and marked "PROP. CORNER".
